How do Chinese Agriculture Input Retailers Build Guangxi with Farmers?

A talk, entitled “What is Relationship Marketing? How do Chinese Agriculture Input Retailers Build Guanxi with Farmers?” will be organized by CCM International during CCPS 2012 on March 9th, 2012 at Ramada Plaza Gateway Shanghai, China. Dr. Norman Lai, an expert in agrochemical industry, will give an excellent speech on it.

Dr. Norman Kim Hung Lai has served Sinochem Fertilizer, BASF, CK Lifesciences, Sicpa Printing Inks, Zeneca and ICI companies over the region for more than 20 years in the industries of agrochemicals, fertilizers and chemicals.

Dr. Lai worked in several organizations including Agricultural and Fisheries Department as Field Officer responsible for pesticide regulatory enforcement. The Royal Hong Kong Golf Club as Golf Course Superintendent before joining ICI in 1989 started his crop protection life. He also holds a doctorate in business administration from the University of Newcastle, NSW, Australia.

What is Relationship Marketing? How do Chinese Agriculture Input Retailers Build Guanxi with Farmers? These are hot topics in agricultural industry. Dr. Lai has his unique perspective on dealing with Chinese farmers and he will give his advice during the speech.
